Eric orchestrated a lecture series to bring together students, architects, developers, and community stakeholders from the southwest. projectHOME seeks to establish a regional discussion on housing in its many forms. The lectures are held in downtown Las Vegas and open to the public. In tandem with his housing studio, 2019’s lecture series focused on infill housing from design and development perspectives.

Speakers have included: Wendell Burnett (Burnett Architects), Alan Hess (author + historian), Jack Hawkins (Hawkins Architects), Thamarit Suchart (Chen + Suchart), and Professor Paul Turner (Stanford University), Elizabeth Smith, Rob Paulus, Christiana Hoss, Richard Worthington, Uri Vakin, Chris Gonya, Jose Galarza, and Jeff Roberts.
