A new generation has energized downtown Las Vegas. A communal atmosphere of open collaboration and interaction is replacing the typical open cubicle office. The desire to be surrounded by like-minded organizations has rekindled the attitude towards downtown. This spirit is captured in the project by combining a café, lounge, residences, and open bay modular office spaces, a 14-bay complex designated for inter-collaboration among the tenants.
